At Palmetto SpOT, we strive to serve every individual in our community. To make this possible, we accept any and all insurances. We are active providers for all South Carolina Medicaid patients and all Medicare programs, as well as Medicaid and Medicare HMO's. We are Tricare providers. We accept Aetna, BCBS and Cigna, as well as other popular insurance contractors.
